The first step in our process is learn more about you as a candidate. We do this with a phone interview so we can speak candidly about the opportunity, our company, and most importantly, your career goals. We will help you decide whether or not this is the right opportunity for you by answering your questions and by setting clear expectations on what to expect.
10 to 15 minutes
Hiring the right people is extremely important to us and our residents especially. Because of this, we use Ingelix assessment tests as a tool to help us interview more effectively and without subjectivity! Each position has a unique test designed with our company fundamentals and position requirements in mind. Set yourself up for success by taking your time, avoiding distractions, and being consistently honest with your answers.
15 to 35 minutes
The Formal Interview will be conducted at our Home Office and should last anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour. During this interview, you can expect to get a good feel for our company culture, meet our friendly team, and be given the opportunity to make a strong impression. Be sure to tell us about your career goals, this way we can ensure Providence will be the best fit for you now and in the future!

For the safety of the residents, family members, guests, and co‐workers, employees are required to submit to a criminal background check and pass a drug test prior to beginning work with Providence. Our background checks consist of state mandated FBI Fingerprint Screening, OIG/GSA Search, Sex Offender Registry, and Reference Checks.
To combat staffing issues during a crisis, we are taking volunteers for a PRN Squad that will be deployed, on a volunteer basis, in emergency situations, like a COVID-19 outbreak.
**To be eligible for this Volunteer PRN program, you must be a current employee without a disciplinary write-up in the last 6 months.**
